PANAVIA TORNADO GR4 – A FINAL CHANCE TO ORDER A PRINTED COPY!

If you missed out on the Tornado book earlier this year, now is your chance to grab a copy from this last-minute reprint...

Last year I published this update announcing that I was going to be reprinting my Tornado book for those that had missed out on grabbing a copy for their collections. With all of those orders fulfilled, there are around a dozen copies left of the book, which are now available for final sale. I’ve decided that this book will be deleted from the collection once these copiers are sold, so if you would like a final copy, now is the chance! There are plans to offer it as a digital download at some point, so you will have that option, but certainly as a printed title, there are no plans to ever reprint this book in this format.

Here is the update that I published last year with all of the information should you wish to grab a copy of this very popular title!

Following on from the release of my earlier titles, I created a detailed guide to the building and painting of the Tornado GR.4 in miniature, last year. Following on from some recent questions from modellers regarding the book’s availability (not to mention the release of Italeri’s brand-new IDS kit) I’ve decided to carry out a small reprint of this very popular book. So, for those who would like a copy, here is some further information on it, and then Paypal links for your copy including postage and packing to wherever you might live…

Each chapter offers plenty of construction and painting tips, with easy to follow ideas that will help you to build this aircraft from Italeri’s 1/32 kit. If you’ve not seen the book in my earlier updates (now deleted from this site) here are some screen-grabs that show off plenty of the contents.

Below you will find all of the payment details to go with the earlier information on the book. Should you wish to see once again some of the pages from the book, please visit my earlier Blog entry:

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR BOOK….

As with previous titles, this one is being created as a strictly limited-run product and as before, the price reflects this. Many of you will already have the other books in your collections so — hopefully — will know what this means in terms of quality and how enjoyable it is to own something that’s rather niche in its approach!

Here you will find payment links should you wish to purchase a copy of this new book.

UK Orders including postage and packing: £24.50 – PayPal.Me/DavidP671/25

Europe Orders including postage and packing: £29.50 – PayPal.Me/DavidP671/30

Rest Of World including postage and packing: £35.50 – PayPal.Me/DavidP671/36

DETAILS, DETAILS…

When using the Paypal links, please can you ensure that you leave your full name and postal address so that I can complete my ordering list ready to have the books sent out to you. Please can you also confirm that you have placed your order and made your payment via email, using the email address seen below. This will allow me to confirm your payment with you and request any additional information should it be required. Because of the way that PayPal reveals information on their site, sometimes I won’t see your address or email, so please be sure to send your address  – without it, I can’t send your book out!

Thank you all so much for you support with this project and for taking the time to read this update. I hope that you enjoy the book when it arrives and hope that you all have a wonderful day. Thanks so much!

Editing duties to one side, I'm now a full-time modelmaker with Doolittle Media, working to supply modelling articles and material for a number of their group titles, including MAI and Tamiya Model Magazine International. I'm also an avid fan of Assassin's creed, Coventry City FC and when the mood takes me, a drummer of only passing skill. Here though, you'll find what I do best: build models and occassionally, write about them!

  2. Fantastic news to see this book being re-released. I had the fortune of being able to read a copy owned by my friend and have been looking to buy a copy for some time.

    Order placed!
