A MODELMAKER’S LIFE: SORTING OUT THE STUDIO

With today being a free day before my birthday tomorrow, I’ve spent my time trying to plan the rebuild of my studio to allow me to place my new 3D printer ready for use.

This was never going to be a short job. There’s a lot of material in that room, so I’m going to have to not only sort out as much as possible, at least one of the desks will need to be moved from its current position to allow the printer and wash station to fit.

With it being so late as this is being written (we’ve just returned home from an utterly filthy, ‘adult’ panto…) I won’t be able to do any more today. Indeed, the work will be placed on hold for a couple of days as we are off to the Cotswolds for my birthday and then the football the day after. Tuesday though will be all hands to the pump with trip to IKEA on the cards. I will of course bring you more news when I have it!
