2nd August 2025
These days I try as much as I can to keep Saturdays free to relax and get away from the day-job. Today, that involved a delicious cooked breakfast and then a trip out to Attingham Park, a wonderful stately home and surrounding parkland on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.
Visiting these places is always something we enjoy, especially when the weather is so nice and the walks within the grounds, so varied and engaging. We even had the chance to see their herd of deer, something that is not always possible within our little market town!
Here you can see some pictures I took this morning that should give you a fair idea of how lovely the place is. If you get a chance to visit, I would wholeheartedly recommend it, especially as the tea and sandwiches are so nice!
See you tomorrow.
